Over the past few years with back surgeries and other issues, my wife and i have found ourselves at a weight that we are simply not comfortable with knowing it has a direct impact on our lifestyle activities. Now we have recently consulted our doctors and medical professionals as well as sought the help of a nutritionist, and now starting to work on shedding the excess weight and regain our confidence concerning our size. We both have discovered that we could easily lose 50 pounds and while we would have a much better physique, we would still in most cases be considered overweight. I have a goal of not necessarily how much I weigh, but focusing on building muscle and attaining that physique that I used to have. the wife has a goal similar as she wants to feel good in her bikini again. So the question I guess is given our situation, do you continue to go to parties and events? or simply take a short break and focus on becoming a better us, and building our confidence level again so when we do return we have more opportunities?
