For people that have been doing Keto for a while. What is your average weight lost after a couple of weeks. When I started lost weight fast. I assume to the loss of water weight. Since then it has been like a pound a week. Been on Keto diet for like a month and a half. Was wondering if it will be a pound a week average the rest of the way.
