Now that we're over 40 cutting weight is tougher, recovery time is longer and motivation to get to the gym isn't as easy. Our closest friends tell us to just accept the weight and enjoy it. Not quite ready to live that life, but we looove snacks and alcohol. Besides health issues and looking good for the life style. What drives folks to eat healthy and keep fighting the good fight against weight gain? What's your cardio routine? We used to split time between long distance runs on the treadmill and short quicker runs on the elliptical machine but it's just not getting the job done.
