Logistical question. Is there any signifier in place so we can recognize which of the large audience is there for what is at least partially a meet n greet? I am thinking things that would only stand out if you were looking for them. If this were in a vanilla hotel bar ties of a specific color on the men or for the ladies a necklace with an sls charm, rabbit charm etc.
