We have been in the lifestyle for over 12 years and have found that texting back-and-forth while trying to get to know new people allows no real connection because text does not capture personality or anything of that nature. We give our phone numbers to everyone we initiate contact with, regardless of past experiences in doing so because we do not believe in stereotyping. if you are on this site and willing to share your partner in the bedroom, then why not share your partner in phone conversations, not only is it just another form of foreplay, specially cross partner phone communication. Group conversations are fine as an initial gesture of everyone getting to know one another…. But after that, my husband and I have no problem with either partner of a couple speaking to either one of us in one on one phone conversations as we all get to know one another. That way, when we finally meet in person, we will no doubt have a lot more in common before we even decide to meet in person. Not only that if we have conversations prior to meeting, then there’s no way that anyone can get away with not looking like their photos in their profiles, which has happened many times to us before we started video chatting with those we are going to meet we used to meet them and they look nothing like their profile. Pre-first meet phone, communication and video chat is the best way to weed out the phonies and also find out if there is jealousy within that couple that they don’t trust one another to have one on one conversations with others Partners. We just put this out there because we wanted to know how many people in general agree with this concept….. we know from experience that every couple or single male and female that we have encountered whom with we developed a phone and video chat conversation prior to meeting ended up turning out to be the best sexual friendships by far…. For those couples that we made the mistake of meeting them based on text conversations alone, 85% of the time we were not a good match and we Were very disappointed as well as being inconvenienced.
