* You can upload up to 500 photos (Public, Private and Personal) which will allow you the liberty of picking and choosing which pictures go where and to who.
* You can message/IM as many profiles as you want anytime.
* You can view as many profiles as you like.

How do I delete my account?
We hate to see you go. If you are sure, please use the button below and follow the instructions on that page:
Delete My Profile

Is this site Free or not, I'm confused?
A free profile can be created and there is no expiration date on free profiles; however, free profiles are very limited in their access and you will not be able to communicate on the site.

Free members can't see Nude pics as part of the profile type and because:

  • We have no way to know if a free member is of age, so nudity is restricted.
  • Not showing nudity to free members keeps most of the undesirables away from our site.

I saved my member name and password, now it's not there?
There are several possible reasons, such as allowing a friend to log on with a different name or deleting your cookies. Please try saving it again.

What is a "Free Member"? Is it the same as a "Trial Member"?
We don't have Trial Members. Membership is either free or Paid. Free members are limited in what they can do.

How do I edit my profile?
Select the "Tools" option from the left menu, then click "Update Profile". Click the tabs at the top to move directly to a specific section in order to edit that section. Once you have made changes on a page, select the "Update" button at the bottom of that page to save those changes and move to the next page. Changes to your profile text on the "About You" page require staff member approval before they will show on your profile.

My profile does not show up.
There are several possible reasons for this: 1) You do not see profiles of members that are of a type you are not interested in. So, for example, if you are a single male, but are not interested in other single males, then you will not see any single males, including yourself. 2) If your profile is incomplete or flagged it is removed from everyone's view. 3) Due to caching, it may take a minute or two for your profile to appear, especially on the Who's Online page. 4) New member accounts go through several layers and filters before they appear as active members.

My Gender is listed wrong, how do I fix that?
Due to problems with some members falsely changing genders we no longer allow members to change this field. If you need it changed you'll need to use our Support Ticket System link at the top of this page to request that Customer Service update it for you.
We will not change your gender unless your profile text descriptions match-up with your gender request and messages confirm it. For example, if your "Short Tag Line" and "Describe Yourself" field text is singular we will not change the profile to a couple.

*Profiles are for those involved regardless of marital status.

Can I change my member name?
You cannot change the member name of your profile without losing ALL of its content. If you are a free member, just create a new profile (with the new name you want to use) and then delete your old profile. If you are a paid member, create a new profile (with the new name you want to use) and then create a support ticket and request for your payment to be transferred to the new one. Please make sure the new profile is complete with all required information. Be sure to send the support ticket from the paid profile. Please note that a paid membership may only be transferred one time for free. After the first transfer, there is a $30 fee charged for subsequent transfers.

NOTE TO UNLIMITED MEMBERS: When you change your member name by creating a new profile, your ability to approve pictures/profiles will restart fresh after the usual three months waiting period.

Why did my profile get flagged? and how many do I get?:

A profile can be placed offline for but not limited to Spamming in messages, Rude Behavior anywhere on the SLS domain, Soliciting, Scamming, Stalking, advertising in the profile ect...

First Violation - Profile is set to inactive until terms are agreed to.
Second Violation - Profile is taken offline and group inactive for 2 weeks.
Third Violation - Profile and group taken down for 3 months.
Forth Violation - Profile is removed from SLS and groups deleted.
Profiles are reviewed by management and staff members for removal approval.

    Certification

How do I certify another member?
To certify another member, you need to have a paid account. View their profile and select the "Certify" icon (this is the icon that is a picture of a check-mark) located in the icon row just above their "Interest Levels" section. You will be given a box to enter a text comment about them and you will see a "Submit Certification" button below that. Enter your comment and select that button to send your certification.

Can I certify a free member?
You can send a certification to a free profile, but they will not be able to approve your certification to show on their profile unless they become a paid member.

If my profile drops to free status, do I lose my certifications?
No, Any certifications you have will still show on your profile if it drops to free status. However, while free, you will not be able to send or receive any new certifications.

    Can I remove/delete a certification?
Yes, you can remove a certification that someone has given you or remove a certification you've given to another member.

    Certification Management

    What is a Certified member?
A certified member is one that another member of the site has vouched for; indicating that they personally know this person and that the person is who they say they are. To send someone a certification, you should have met the other member in person. Once certified, your profile will show a green checkmark on the flyover window and when someone views your profile, they will see the number of certifications on the 'Certs' tab. Free members cannot send or receive certifications.

The chat server may go down from time to time. Just try again in a few minutes. If you are consistently having trouble with chat, make sure that your browser and operating system are up to date. You can also try clearing out your browser cache and deleting any browser cookies associated with SwingLifeStyle to "reset" your browser. In the upper right corner of the chat window you will see an icon that looks like a circular arrow. You can also click on that to reload the chat room and sometimes that will work and the chat room will then load. Submit a support ticket for more information, if needed.

Can I block someone in the chat room that's harrassing?
You can use the site block feature to also block someone in the chat room. To block someone, view their profile and click or tap on the "Block" icon. Fourth Infraction: Your Group will be permanently removed, and the Group will be deleted.

The number one reason why a group gets denied is due to lack of content, improper grammar or capitalization. Group submissions with all upper-case letters will be deleted. Your group title should have each word capitalized and the description should capitalize the first word of each sentence and use proper spelling and grammar. Make sure you are not using the Group tool to advertise and that all events posted are Lifestyle events.

Can I transfer ownership of my group to someone else?
No. Only SLS staff can transfer ownership. First, make sure that the person you want to have us transfer the group to is a moderator of your group. Please contact clubcoordinator to have your group transferred.

    Can I delete my group?
You cannot delete your own group. If you no longer want to be the group owner, we prefer that you try to find another member to take over your group. Please use our Support Ticket System link at the top of this page to contact us to discus the options.

If you do have more than 50 lists, you may not be able to see them all. You can use the arrows at the top of the list to sort it by newest or oldest list first or alphabetically by the name of the list and that may allow you to see the lists that you might otherwise not see in the default list view.

    Messages

Can I message a free member?
If you have a paid profile and you are not hiding your profile from free members, you can send them a message. The free member will see that they have an unread message, but they will not be able to read the message or respond to the message until they become a paid member.

How Do I Use The Mail/Message System Interface?
On your home page, you will see a "Messages" tab in the top right corner of the page. When you select this tab, you will see a page with a list of all the people you have sent messages to or that have sent you messages. The default sort order is the date of the message, sorted from newest to oldest. There are several other options in the top right of the page to sort by profile name, date or "online" or "offline" status. To send a new message to another member, simply click on their profile name in the list and you will be taken to the message center. You can also send a message by selecting the “Message” button from the member's profile.

There is a "Search" box at the top of this page that you can use to search for a profile name. It will only search the current messages that are loaded into the screen. It loads 100 messages at a time. You can scroll to the very bottom of the page and select, "Load more contacts" to load another page of 100 messages.

You can click on the thumbnail image to the left of the person's profile name to view their profile.

There are three icons on the right of each message entry:

  • The camera icon allows you to start a video chat with that profile

  • The garbage can with an "x" on it is used to delete that message.

  • The small box with a diagonal arrow in it is used to open the message entry screen in a new window.

  • What are the Messages icons?
    Messages Badge:
Is a red round circle with the number of new messages will be displayed on the home page in the “Messages” badge. This will display the total number of messages you have

    Conversation Badge:
Is the number of new messages you have for each conversation. You will find this number in blue on the right side of each individual conversation.

    View Conversations:
When you launch the IM Message chat window, by default, your messages will be displayed with the most recent message on top. You can choose to sort your messages by either sender name or most recent message. You will also be able to show senders that are: Online currently, Offline currently or All messages regardless of online status. You may also delete the whole conversation by selecting the trashcan located on the lower right of the individual conversation. To start a conversation with a different member not in your conversation list, navigate to the members profile and select the “message” button located next to the member name. You will be placed in the chat window to start your conversation. The IM feature is only available to paid members.

How come the other person is not responding to my IM?
They will not be notified that they have an IM request until you send some text to them (Just starting the IM session does not notify them).

If their "MESSAGE" button is green, they are currently logged into the site. If their "MESSAGE" button is grey, they are not logged in and will not see your message until they login the next time.

People may not respond to messages right away. It may take some time.

NOTE: Sometimes messages go unanswered by choice; try someone else!

What are your policies regarding SPAM (unsolicited advertising)?
We do not allow SPAM. You should not be advertising any products or services on our site. You should not advertise clubs, events, parties, etc... You should not send any mass mailings for any reason. This includes sending out mass "messages of interest" to profiles that you have not read. A "mass mailing" is defined as any group of messages that have identical text in the body of the message. Owners of groups on SLS now have the ability to send out bulk mail to their group members. If you are receiving unwanted alerts from a group you belong to, you may opt out or remove yourself from the group.

Should I respond to all messages that I receive?
It is generally considered the polite thing to do to respond to your messages, even if it is to say, "No thanks, not interested". You need not (and should not) reply to any rude/insulting messages or advertisements for products or services. In these cases, our advice is to block the member and/or report them to "ProfileReview".

What are your policies on message content?
Messages, Forums, and Chat should be used to communicate with other members in meaningful, positive ways. You should NEVER make any threats, insult other members, harass other members, or discuss illegal activities while using our site. We will not tolerate such behavior! Just have fun and enjoy meeting and talking to others with similar interests.

How do I delete a message?
Under the Messages tab, you will see a list of all your conversations. There are 3 icons located to the right side of each conversation. Click on the middle one (picture of a garbage can with an "x" on it) to permanently delete that conversation. If you are using the mobile app, you can tap and hold on a message for about a second and it will bring up a box with a "Delete" option.

Why are some results different on the mobile app?
  • The mobile app does not directly show pictures that are not 'G' rated. Due to this, some lists, such as the Who Viewed Me will not show the same results as the browser version of the site if the profile's default picture is not G rated.

I can't login on the mobile app. I just see a spinning circle.
  • Please try unchecking the "Stay Logged In" option and then manually enter your profile name and password.

    Other

What are Notes on a profile?
These are your private "Mini" notes about this member. Only you can see or edit this section. Notes can be used as a parameter in Searches.

When viewing a profile using a web browser, you will see the "Notes" icon in the icons section of the profile view. Select that icon to enter a personal note for yourself for that profile. You will see your note under the "Notes:" heading when you view the profile

Why is my Friends Online list not showing pictures?
If you have 10 or more friends online at any given time, the list will only show the profile names and will not show pictures. If there are less than 10 friends online, the list will show the default picture (if they have one) along with the profile name.

    What is a "Meeting Card"?
Meeting cards are personalized cards that you can design and print and then use to hand out at clubs, etc...
    Meeting Card Creator

Is there any way to open Profiles/Messages in a different window so I don't have to go back and forth.
Yes, you can hold down the shift key when you click on a link, the link will open in a new window. You can also hold down the CTRL key to open a new tab instead of a whole new window. These are functions of most browsers.

    Pictures

Why did my pictures disappear after showing as "Pending"?
Pictures are approved several times per day. Sometimes you will see your uploaded pictures “pending approval” and then they may disappear. This doesn’t mean they have been rejected. This is the way the process works. It may take a little time for your pictures to actually be posted to your profile. We do not allow screenshots so those will be rejected. Please be patient. If your pictures are not approved and posted on your profile within 24 hours let us know. Please do not re-upload your pictures over and over.

How do I request access to someone else's private pictures?
That is a feature of the mobile app. On the app, you can view someone's profile and you will see an option on one of their private pictures to request access.

    What are personal pictures?
Your personal picture area is a place where you can post most any type of picture (see below for what is not allowed). You can then create custom personal galleries to share these pictures. Unlike public/private, your personal pictures do not have to show you in them. They can show landscapes, objects, memes, etc... Explicit content can be shown in the personal area. Unlimited members will initially view and approve your personal pictures. After approval, they will be locked in your personal gallery and you must share them for anyone else to see them. NOTE that the mobile app does not support personal pictures at this time.

Content not allowed for Personal Pictures:

  • Nothing that is illegal
  • No children can be shown
  • No contact information (phone number, email address, social media addresses, etc...)
  • No advertising of products, services, or events/parties
  • No Web addresses can be shown
  • No screenshots are allowed
  • You cannot show other people's profile names in images
  • No "Skat play" (fecal play) can be shown

What is the number that I see in the bottom right corner of the default picture?
The number in the bottom right corner of the default picture is the number of pictures that are posted on that profile.

    What are default galleries?
Your profile has two default galleries: The default Public gallery and the default Private gallery. These two galleries cannot be deleted or edited. All public pictures that you upload are automatically added to the default public gallery and all private pictures that you upload are added to the default private gallery. For the public default gallery, every member of the site has access to these pictures. For the private default gallery, only those that you give access to can see them. If you do not want to use the default private gallery, just do not give anyone access to that gallery and you can create your own custom private galleries to divide up your private pictures and grant access. NOTE: You will be able to see your own default private pictures without having to give yourself access.

How do I allow people access to my Personal Pictures?
For people to view your Personal pictures, you must first create a Personal Gallery and then add the pictures to the gallery.
To create a Personal Gallery, go to "Tools" and select "Manage Galleries" and then click on the "Create Gallery" tab at the top. From there, enter a title for your gallery and click the "Personal" button to select it and then click "Submit Step 1 of 2". On step 2 you will need to add the Personal pictures to the gallery by clicking on "Add" under each picture, then click the "Return to Gallery Home" button to save the new gallery.
On the MANAGE GALLERY screen tab, you can add members to the list of who can view the gallery and you can set how long they are able to view it by clicking EDIT on any given Gallery.
Permissions may also be granted by going to the profile you wish to grant access to and clicking on the “Binoculars" icon.
*You may also create Galleries for all other picture types if you are a Paid member.

How do I remove someone's access to my Personal Gallery?
Select "Tools" from the left-hand menu, then select "Manage Galleries" and click the "Edit" link on the appropriate gallery. Now click the "Edit Gallery Permissions" button and you will see a list titled "Access List & Expiration". Highlight the name of the person that you wish to remove and click on the "Remove" button below the list.
Permissions may also be modified by going to the profile you wish to remove access from and clicking on the “Binocular” icon. After selecting the "Binocular" icon, you will see a list of all your custom galleries. If the member has access to one or more of them, you will see an "Edit Gallery Permissions" button by that gallery and you can click on that button to go to the page to remove access.

Why do I receive an error when trying to upload my picture?
One common cause of this is when you try to upload a screen shot from a phone, such as an iPhone. These screen shots are in a non-standard format that our site does not support. If this is the case, try converting the picture to another format or upload the original picture.

What is the best size for pictures?
Pictures should ideally be 1024 pixels for the longest dimension (width or height). If a picture is smaller than this, it may be enlarged by the site which could reduce the quality of the image. Larger pictures will be reduced, which should be ok, but they will take longer for you to upload. Pictures will need to be at least 250x250 pixels in size and no larger than 5MB in order to be uploaded to the site.

How do I upload (post) pictures to my profile?
    Upload Pictures

    What are Galleries?
Galleries allow members to combine images into groups and then share on a granular level. To access Galleries, go to Tools, Manage Galleries and click Create Gallery. You can create Public, Private, and Personal Galleries. Once you create a gallery, you choose which pictures you want associated with that gallery and then you select the other members that you would like to share the gallery with. Note that at this time the mobile app does not support custom galleries. Mobile app users will not be able to view any of your custom galleries.

How do I delete pictures from my profile?
    Manage Pictures
To delete a picture select the ‘X’ in the upper right corner of the picture you wish to delete. You should then get a pop-up box that confirms that you want to delete the picture. Select ‘Ok’ to delete the picture.

Someone has copied my pictures. What can I do?
If you believe that someone has copied your pictures, first you will need to send us a picture of yourself (with face shown) holding a handwritten sign that states your member name and "SwingLifeStyle" or "SLS" (this establishes proof that you are the rightful owner of the picture(s)). You can e-mail the picture to: [email protected]. If we can make a determination that the picture(s) on the other profile are yours, we will then remove the picture(s) and send the offending member a warning and document the incident. We are only able to control what members do from within our site. If a picture is posted on another site, we are not able to take any action against a member on our site as we just do not have the resources to prove where a picture came from (please let us know if you believe this to be the case and we will at least make a note of it). NOTE: We take every precaution to protect pictures posted on our site, but due to the nature of the internet and the way browsers operate, no picture that someone else can view is completely copy proof.

What are the types of picture ratings and who can view them?
We rate pictures under different categories:

  • Public Pictures:
CHILD SAFE: "G" rated = Suitable for the beach or movie theater, non-nude pictures that can be viewed by all members and can be used as defaults.

NOT CHILD SAFE: "PG/R" rated = People in underwear, full nudity, provocative poses that are not explicit and can be used as defaults.

Public pictures must show the profile owner(s) in the picture.
    * No close-ups of genitals are allowed in Public pictures, they may not include sexual acts of any kind, full erections or open leg shots.

  • Private Pictures: These pictures are rated the same as Public Pictures but can only be seen by a member if you give them access to the pictures. Only paid members can see them (with access), free members cannot view them, even if given access.

Private pictures must show the profile owner(s) in the picture.
Private pictures cannot be used as defaults & cannot be explicit.

  • Personal Pictures: These pictures are rated "XXX" and can be most anything with the following exceptions: NO CHILDREN, nothing showing activity that is illegal, no blatant advertising or web addresses can be shown, and no "Skat play" (fecal play) can be shown. Only those that you grant access can see these pictures and free members can never see them.

I uploaded pictures as "private", but when I view my profile I see them listed.
All members are able to see their Private pics on their Profile page. You are no longer required to give yourself permission to see your Private pictures. You can verify this by clicking on the "Favorites" link and seeing if your member name is listed in the private picture access list. You can also see which of your pictures are private by going to "Tools" and "Manage Pictures."

What kind of pictures can I add to my profile as Public or Private?
You can upload pictures of yourself (or your partner for a couple). Pictures must contain at least one of the profile owners in them and can contain absolutely NO children or anything illegal (blatant pictures of children or illegal acts will result in your profile being flagged and taken offline). The person should be clearly shown and generally should be the main subject of the picture. Pictures showing closeups of body parts (such as hands or feet) or pictures that have been heavily "photoshopped" may be rejected at the discretion of SLS Staff. Pictures of JUST cartoons, drawings, animals, landscapes, or objects are not acceptable. Pictures cannot list any web addresses or any commercial advertising. A single male profile cannot show pictures with just females in them and a single female profile cannot show pictures with just males in them. Please use the best quality picture that you can. No one wants to view dark, low quality pictures or pictures with lots of cut-outs or blocked out areas. No pictures of "Skat play" (fecal play) will be allowed anywhere on the site.

Can I send someone a picture when I message them?
Yes, you can attach one (1) picture to a message being sent to a PAID member. You cannot attach personal pictures to messages. To send a public or private picture, go to the message screen for the other profile and you will see an icon in the lower left corner (to the left of where you enter your message text). Select that icon and it will open a window that lists your public and private pictures. You can select one from that window to send to the other person. Free members cannot see attached pictures.

Private Pictures: I gave someone access to my Private Pictures but now I want to remove access and not allow that member to see my private pictures.
You can see who has access to your private pictures and remove private picture access from the Favorites Page. The tool is at the bottom of the Favorites page.

Private Pictures: What are Private Pictures and how do they work.
Private pictures are just that, Private. Your private pictures can only be seen by PAID members if you attach one (1) to a mail message or give that member permission to view them (you can grant permissions in the middle of a members profile via the Key Icon).

I uploaded pictures, but I can't see them.
We approve pictures ASAP, but sometimes it takes up to 24 business hours. If it's been more than 24 business hours and the picture is still listed as 'pending', please try deleting it and re-uploading. If you upload a picture that violates our policies, it will be removed and you should receive a message as to why it was removed. If you upload duplicate pictures, generally all but one copy will be removed.

How many pictures can I have.
There is a 500 picture limit which includes all categories. Only the first 5 pictures can be seen on your main profile, if you have more than 5, there will be a link to a "Gallery Page".

    Privacy Features

Can I hide my profile from free members?
    Privacy Features

NOTE: When you have your profile hidden from free members, you cannot send them messages. If you try to send a free member a message, your message will just disappear.

    Profile

My Who Viewed Me list does not show that a profile viewed me.
    1) If the other member has their Who Viewed Me turned off, it will not show you that they viewed your profile.
    2) If they have already viewed you recently, they will not show up again as a new view.
    3) If they viewed your profile and then blocked you or you blocked them, their view will not show any longer.
    4) The profile really did not view you.

Can a deleted profile be restored?
If the profile is still pending deletion, we can restore it. Profiles remain pending deletion for 7 days and then they are permanently deleted. A permanently deleted profile cannot be restored. If there was a payment attached to the profile that was made less than 6 months ago, you can have the remainder of that payment applied to a new profile. Please contact support using the ticket system for that.

I want to take a break and not be visible to any members, can I do this?
You cannot block all member types and still be able to view other profiles, or be "invisible" and still view profiles. If you will not be using the site at all, your profile will automatically stop showing in searches after 30 days of not logging in to the site.

What does the green bubble on the right top hand side of a profile mean?
It means the profile is online or was recently online.

What do the Interest Levels on a profile represent?
The interest levels (or bars) show the degree that a person or couple is interested in the different types of swinging (Tame, Moderate, or Wild) and different genders (Couples, Males, Females). For types of swinging, the options are "No", "Maybe", "A Little", "Yes", and "Definitely" and for genders the options are "Block Them", "No", "Maybe", "A Little", "Yes", and "Definitely". The orange level bar will be adjusted according to the answer you select for each question. No bar indicates no interest, a short bar indicates some interest, and a long bar indicates that you are very interested in that type of activity or gender.

What are the definitions of the terms, "Tame", "Moderate", and "Wild" when filling out your profile?

  • Tame: Activites that do not include swapping such as going to a nude beach or same room sex, but with your own partner.
  • Moderate: Activities that include some contact with others such as oral play, but not intercourse.
  • Wild: Activities that include full swap such as intercourse with someone other than your partner.

How do I delete my profile?
We hate to see you go. If you are sure, please use the button below and follow the instructions on that page:
    Delete My Profile

What are the requirements for the gender of a profile?
Profile gender can be modified, please contact customerservice for instructions after you update profile content.
Your profile gender should match your participation; if a male and female are both present at the time of play (even if one of them is not actively playing), you should be a couple. A married male (or female) whose wife (or husband) is not present is a single male (or single female).
Two or more males are considered a single male.
Two or more females are considered a single female.
In the case of a trans-sexual or pre-op person, the profile is considered single male; post-op can be listed as a female.
In the case of a transgendered/ pre-op or trans-sexual couple the profile will be listed as a single male profile.
NOTE: A profile with a pre-op/transgendered person will only be updated after "ALL" surgeries have been completed.

What Content is not allowed in my profile?
Your profile should only advertise you/your partner. It should not discuss any type of business, web site, product, service, group or clubs/parties. Illegal activities should also NOT be discussed in your profile. Please try to be polite when creating your profile. Do not use any derogatory or racist language. Political content should not be posted in your profile. You can express your philosophical beliefs, such as liberal or conservative, but you should not be listing anything positive or negative about specific candidates.
Profiles may not contain personal contact information. Your profile text cannot reference any other profile names.

I want my profile to be invisible to certain types of members. Can I do this?
Yes, you can click on "Edit Profile" from the drop down box at the top of your home page and then select the "Preferences" tab to control who can see your profile.

To make your profile invisible to free members (if you are paid), click on the "Tools" button from your home page, then "Privacy Features" and select if you would like to be visible or invisible to free members.

I found a profile that has a problem, is there anything I can do?
Yes, if you are a paid member, you can submit a review on a profile. Open up the profile and click on, "Tell support to review this profile, it has problems." You can then enter a description of the problem and submit it to us for review. This will be kept confidential. NOTE: Please DO NOT use the review system to ask a question about your own profile. Sending a support ticket will get you an answer much quicker.
If you are a free member please send Customer Service a message about your concern.

Can I use HTML in my profile?
No, due to security concerns, we do not allow the use of HTML tags in profiles (or messages).

I updated my profile, but when I view it I don't see the changes.
Profile updates are processed and approved by SLS staff members. This may take up to 48 hours. You will not see your changes until they are approved.

What is that Green Check Mark for?
This indicates that another paid member has certified that member as genuine (by meeting them in person or 'chatting' via webcam).

    * Profiles may take a business day to be approved.

    Search

Can I search for a profile by profile name?
Use the search page below and scroll down to the "Other Search Options" section at the bottom of the search page and you will see a "Search by Member Name:" option. You need to know and enter at least the first two characters of the profile name to start the search. NOTE: It will only show you profiles that have logged in within the last 30 days and if there is a block between the two profiles, the other profile will not show up.
    Search For Profiles

Can I limit my searches based on the Star rating system?
The Star system lets you rate other profiles for your information only (no one else sees your ratings). You cannot search based on the numbers of stars you rate a profile, but you can eliminate profiles from searches if you give them zero stars (No Interest).

May I search using the Interest Meter?
The Interest Meter (orange bars) allows you to indicate what level of interest you have in other member types (couples, males, females). It gives visual indicators (orange bars) for other members to see when viewing your profile. It only has minimal effect on your searches. Blocked members are automatically marked as no interest and will not show in searches.

    City, State Country Search
When using 'Find a search code' you can only enter one item at a time, for example the City you are looking for (Miami) NOT the city and state (Miami, FL). The search code is usually the zipcode (for U.S. Cities). Please only use the first three characters for Canadian postal codes.

    Who's On

Why don't I have a picture on my Who's On listing?
You need to set a default picture. To do this, click on the "Tools" menu link on the left menu and then click the "Manage Pictures" link. Now, click "Make Default" underneath the picture that you want to be shown. You must have a non-explicit public picture listed to do this. It may take a few minutes for your profile to update and the picture to show up.

Why don't I see my profile in the Who's Online listing?
You only see members that you have indicated that you are interested in. If, for example, you are a single male but are not interested in single males, then all single men, including yourself, are hidden from your view. This makes things easier for everyone since you only see what you want. It can take a few minutes after you login before the Who's On list will update and show your profile listing.
