At Hedo for our 4th time Nov. 19 -25. Both of us relaxed and easy trip and check in at Hedo. Premium room on nude side with hot tub. Good to GO! Room, 2:30 PM. Missing bathroom towels. Bar not set up. Slider was not square and would not close or manually lock. Elec. lock missing. Called desk and towels arrived. Went to bar to get drinks. Our bar set up 2 hours later. Went for ice at self serve area near nude hot tub and main ice mach. broken as it was 4 months before and soda ice empty. Another wait at bar for ice. Get to room and ... no glasses. Back to bar to order drinks so we have those. Back to room and 4 men are working on the door. Told that we need to move to another room (Fuck.... NO!) Learn to lift door and get lock to work. Have turned up AC from 16C to 27C and locked up AC flipper. Get WiFi to work. Ask beach guy to set up lounge and umbrella in front when he can.

Next 5AM. Go to service area for coffee. Ern empty so use machine. Guy shows up in front while I'm on porch and yelling at me that I took his chairs and umbrella. ??? WTF? Took an hour to calm him down pointing out that ... to much to explain.

Meet neighbors that are great. ALL of them. 1st timers that we talked thru things, not swingers and when they left she cried saying that we made their trip. Other side became friends and we shared. 2nd over where just nice people. Chairs marked early but others would take them, played loud music and blocked stairs to rooms. Others openly taking pics. Heavy Pot smokers all over and Vapers with non respecting the designated smoking areas. (I'm a pack a day smoker.) Swingers really missing and even single guys.

Went to self serve several times and... out of glasses, out of ice or out of beer. Only 2 bartenders so took a long time... a very long time to get anything at the bar.

Let's us our porch hot tub! Yaaa. It's cold. On our second day we had no less then 6 workers for the door and hot tub for 4 hours then needed a complete clean up after them.

The other noted thing was the amount of clothed people walking around on the nude side. A couple were in the nude side hot tub play room and a Hedo employee with 5 dressed men walked right in and after a couple of minutes came out and gawked at all the other nudes around the pool. The couple came out shortly after and were very upset... as they should have been.

We talked with other friends that we had met at Hedo before and they had similar comments or things broken, not stocked and a general change in client understanding of rules and respect and we all are thinking that Hedo is not the place to go anymore.

This is a quick review and does not cover everything; good or other disappointing. For over U.S. 7K for 5 days...3 times a year, I should not have to write this at all.
