Started couple of days ago.
Login screen able to show my user name and login password(not showing actual password) but, when I try to login, it just gray put and image keep "spinning" round and around, eventually end up with json parse error, reached EOF(or something to that effect. My phone, Samsung S9 plus only wife's Samsung S8 plus work just fine with no similar issues. Contacted support and get no reply. Uninstalled several times, reboot several times, reset network settings cleared cache, etc, etc. When I re-download, I sent email to "send developer a message" and get no reply. Website works fine with Chrome on my phone and P.C. seem like phone specific problem, since I haven't changed anything on my phone. The day it stopped working, app was working that morning then, it started to slow down loading and ultimately quit.
