I’ve been off and on with swinging for about 15 years or so. My ex and I of 20 years called it quits about 6 months ago, so I’m trying to get back out there but this is far more difficult than I remember. I’m not just trying to “get off”, but actually meet some fun people to hang out with as well.
I know it’s pretty difficult for single guys to meet people unless you look like Brad Pitt, yet it feels like standards are waaaaayyy too focused and not wanting to even reply to people is the norm. I’ve even met a few people on Tinder and Bumble, but again, I feel like I’m just talking to myself at this point. Have dating apps and the ease of ignoring someone picked up due to the way people interact now, or am I just bad at this. Mind you, I’m not sending dick pics out or being too forward. I always felt like I was good at talking women, but this just seems…different and much more difficult.
