We normally are not looking for SMs, but most of the parties we attend these days are our own, and the Mrs has a hard time coming out of "hostess mode" so that she can play as much as we'd both like to see her play.
As a result, I have been engaging with some SMs, but with specific criteria in mind. I am quietly looking for guys that not only enjoy being 1 of X guys satisfying a single woman, but ones that can perform in that scenario as well. To test the latter, the Mrs has most graciously volunteered to test drive the new candidates, and if they do well, I will add them to our list for future invites to occasional "guy heavy" parties, among others. It is, in a way, easier for me as a couple to navigate between couples and singles, but there is no reason an SM couldn't try putting a similar group together. People have said SMs are a dime a dozen here, but SM "groups" are not. I believe that guys banding together in a group can more easily achieve success vs just being a SM. It gives them all more opportunities to play. I have mentioned this elsewhere, but figured it was worth it's own topic in the event people wanted to discuss or comment.
