These are kind of both ends of the extreme, but I'm sure neither are options a woman typically feels are desirable. I say "typically", because if it's the 8th guy in a gang bang, perhaps that's OK?
Speaking for my Mrs, I know that she is more apt to forgive popping too soon. She likes that she has that power over guys. In either case, a guy can use his mouth or fingers, but they are both poor substitutes (to her) versus getting well fucked (excuse my French). What made me think of this is another post where a guy couldn't get/stay hard and was too rough with fingers and/or not properly manicured. I know my Mrs has experienced that and the guy actually cut her with a fingernail. She is not one to give guys like that a second chance. She has also had guys get between her legs trying to agressively lick her with a 5 o'clock shadow and feels like her inner thighs are being sand-papered. She can forgive that, but she will tell the guy to stop and lets him know why. The best possible outcome for her for a guy that popped too soon is that he recovers and fucks her some more. I have seen guys cum too soon a second time too ;-) They're usually like, "WTF? How did you do that?" Always brings a smile to her face.
