Something I've taken for granted is that, as a regular couple, if you are doing something wrong, it will quickly be picked up on and corrected. Singles do not have that advantage.
There are many examples of this. One is that some guys are notorious for not manicuring their fingernails properly and some have actually cut women to the point of making them bleed when fingering them. Someone with a regular partner is a LOT less likely to do that. It works both ways too. I was playing with a SF this past weekend and I'm hard and just put a condom on and ready to go and she says, "Be right back. I have to hit the bathroom." Luckily I take Viagra, but many guys would lose it in less than half the time it took this girl to return. It's likely the condom would need to come off, the condom lube cleaned off and the guy would need to get hard again. A complete reset, and there's a chance the guy may not recover. Both my wife and I know not to do these things because we have each other to teach ourselves what does and doesn't work. It might be good for singles to hear these things, because they may not otherwise know. Along these lines, something the Mrs dislikes is getting licked by a guy that has a 5 o'clock shadow. These are guys that perhaps shower/shave too soon before a party, and guys that have to have their whole head down there just wind up rubbing a girls inner thighs raw. Some women are too polite to say anything. After 10 mins of even the best licking, the Mrs will be like, "Put a wrapper on that thing and put it in me.", assuming he's hard. If not, she'll say, "My turn" and give him a BJ to get him hard. Again, speaking for the Mrs, getting licked (no matter how good) is NEVER going to be a good substitute for getting well fucked. She can appreciate a guy that wants to reciprocate, but if doing that means the difference between getting well fucked or just licked, she rather the guy just fuck her. He can always lick her afterwards if he still wants to reciprocate. So while all of this may "seem" like common sense, have others come across things like this that aren't as common sense as their name implies?
