This is more in a general sense and not just sex related. So far I have not seen a huge difference in my sexual abilities.
I had a friend that told me he really noticed a decline in his physical abilites between 55 and 60. I found it interesting because I had not, but now that I'm 64 and heading towards 65, I "seem" to feel it a bit more.
I do a workout routine 3 days a week and have noticed a little bit there, particularly with the pushups. I also have a coal stove that I have to feed 40 lb bags of coal to and they seem a tiny bit heavier than I remember. Anyway, it's nothing earth shattering but it was noticable. It's unclear if I could workout harder and regain/increase strength, but I'm curious to hear if others have faced this and what they personally noticed and did about it.
