First off, please don’t let this devolve into vaccination/ anti vax stuff or politics. It’s an honest inquiry about the state of the LS now regarding COVID.
My wife and I are fully vaccinated and boosted. We haven’t played since COVID hit, and she’s still a little reticent about it. We’ve traveled to Europe and have resumed a pretty “normal” life with some caution around the elderly (her mom is in assisted living) and masking up at medical appointments. Other than that, things are pretty copacetic. We’d like to hit Desire Riviera Maya this fall. She’s a little reticent about playing, and I’m of the opinion that since we’ve taken all the precautions, any risk of infections is on others. And I don’t want to go the whole “papers, please” approach on people we want to hook up with. ??. I respect her opinion and have always had permission to play with others in party and lifestyle resort situations. So we’re cool there. My question is, as of summer 2022, how others are handling travel and playing in general these days. Again, hope to avoid any political BS, just asking for advice. Thanks to you all!
