What is your wishlist of what you would like to see done in the first 2 years.

I have a long list :) This is not in order of preference.

1. Work with the Fed, not direct the Fed. Trump directed the Fed and threatened to fire anyone who didn't do what he wanted, even if it was bad for the economy short or long term. This means that interest rates will probably be going up, albeit not as fast as Bernake did. This rewards savers over consumption.

2. Introduce a bill to lower the Medicare age to 55. I think Barney Frank was a genius when he mentioned this. The country will fight tooth and nail if you try and remove Medicare from the elderly. Now, lower the age to 55. Then after a decade or so of that, it will be lowered again and then eventually gone.

3. Remove private subsidies to places they should not be. Why is that a bank can go to the Fed window and borrow at zero or close to it, yet a muni/state has to go to the bond market and pay fucktons of fees to have the bond rated, written and sold?

4. Fix the tax code by shocking the tax code. Remove the 2 for 5 and the mortgage interest deduction. That subsidizes people and there is whole group of people coming up that can't afford to own yet are subsidizing owners.

5. Put term limits on Federal Judges. I don't have an issue with a 6 to 10 year range for Federal and a 10 to 15 range for SCOTUS.

6. Go back to science, not whims. Put people out there who are subject matter experts on the matter and let them speak. No longer does the elected official tell the person what to say. It also goes to treating citizens as people capable of handling the truth.

7. Shock the insurance/medical industry. Insurance premiums paid by the company are now taxable income to the covered. Insurance premiums paid for by the covered are post tax not pre tax dollars. This will drive down costs because you now have people know what shit really costs.

8. Education reform. Figure out a solution that covers 2 to 5. Tuition at public universities are tuition free. Room and board is not. This can be an expansion of the pell grant.

9. Decriminalize drugs. Go to the Portugal system. End private prisons.

10. End city monopolies for internet services. If you believe in competitive markets, end the lockout of all internet providers. Let the city do what they do best and handle the last mile issue. They can do handoffs at a nexus to a provider. In other words, if the muni can get you water and take your shit out, they can do the same with internet.

11. Invest in infrastructure. We have gone nearly 100 years since the country had a massive infrastructure investment and it paid off BIG FUCKING TIME. Do it again.

12. Move the corp tax rate up. Fix the tiers of the personal to be more like under Clinton. Move the caps gain back up.

13. Police training. A national program that will work on training for police on handling situations so that they are less use of lethal weapons. Also, remove the laws that indemnify the cop and put him/her above the rest of the citizens. If you want the citizens to trust you, you can't be above them.
