We dont have a news thread anymore, so, here.
An underwater volcano in Tonga exploded with such force that the explosion was easily captured in satellite footage. The country's capital was well inside the 150 mile blast radius and there has been no answer from the Tonga government for 11 hours. It's hard to believe that there is anyone alive there at all. The explosion blast was so loud people heard it in New Zealand 1,200 miles away and it threw a 12 mile high ash cloud into the sky. Past events like this have resulted in global climate disruption and crop failures over the following months. If we begin to see brilliant sunsets starting in a few days, get ready for it. Whoo boy 2022 is off to a great start.
