For about the past year or so I have noticed where I will go through all of the same sensations as having an orgasm except there is little to no ejaculate and there is no down time. They are otherwise very pleasurable like a full orgasm and I can sometimes have 3 or more of them in a 30 minute span of time.
This seemed to start shortly after I started taking Saw Palmetto for prostate health, but I can find no such side-effects, so suspect it was just coincidence. I thought that surely there must be others having them, but I've yet to run across any other guy that does. Is it just me, or are there others that have experienced the same? Definitely not complaining. Just interested in if there are actually other guys that experience this. FWIW - I do full-on orgasm eventually and that usually, but not always, involves the typical downtime and sated feeling.
