We will have a complete Taco/Nacho Bar with everything you need to make Soft Tacos and/or Nachos ... everything from the meat and queso (cheese) sauce, to sour cream.

We brought Tammy a commercial fryer last Saturday, so we can more easily fry foods that really should be fried at the party ... nothing fried is nearly as good after we drive almost three hours to get there with it.

We are also going to have Taquitos, which are basically like an egg roll filled with a blend of taco meat and cheese and deep fried.

For dessert, we will be having Empanadas ... The word "empanada" basically means to wrap in pastry (I think) but that's what these are. I wrap fruit filling in pastry and deep fry it.

To go with the Empanadas, as we have done for the last couple of parties, we will be bringing my homemade ice cream.

We'll always serve up our meats (turkey, ham and roast beef), a veggie tray and apple trays. We have many assorted dips, salsa's, chips, crackers and cookies of many types. Spread cheeses, and cheese cubes, strings and american/colby/pepper jack/cheddar cheeses too. And we always assorted coffees and yummy candy too. : )
