Hey everyone! First times Bliss cruisers and had a couple of questions. First, will Coco Cay be clothing optional (assuming we are the only ship there)? Second, if nudity is only allowed on the outside deck areas, will see through costumes/body paint/pasties be allowed throughout the bars/clubs at night? We are just trying to get costumes and outfits figured out. With the addition of St. Martin, I'm guessing Orient Beach is about to be packed with Bliss cruisers. We haven't been there since before all the hurricane destruction. Anyone been there recently? Thanks and looking forward to the party!!

Just wanted to add that we booked that cruise through Topless Travel so that’s who we had to deal with. We have had a few other travels agencies to assure us that they would have not had a problem helping.

Good luck on refunds…three years ago my husband was diagnosed with cancer 3 weeks before the cruise and needed immediate treatment and surgery but they said they couldn’t refund our money …but offered $400 refund. We had a couple that wanted to go in our place and they refused to let them buy our cabin from us saying that they couldn’t change our names to theirs on the manifest. However they could resale that room…go figure…but we are blessed. We do hope that their policies have changed and refunds will be abundant.

So, my understanding is that the US authorities require a negative Covid test 72 hrs before boarding the cruise. But does not require one when you arrive back in Ft Lauderdale?

njshorecouple, the moment Royal Caribbean and announced their decision to make it an all vaccinated cruise we sent our request to Bliss. Bliss hadn't even offered refunds at that time. Bliss's constant changing of policies in regard to changes and refunds makes their original change and refund policy null and void. If someone now wants a refund a good attorney will get it for the customer without penalty. Do you believe Bliss had Charter Cancelation Insurance? I would assume they did as it would be a good business practice. How many of Bliss's charters were cancelled? Bliss has been retaining peoples money along with forcing them to pay change and cancelation fees since 2020. When Royal Caribbean canceled these past cruises it should have freed up their customers money.

@destinbchcouple; You were very fortunate to have decided early and received your refund. Apparently member divedeepridehard missed that opportunity for a refund as well as missed the June 23rd email blast which offered un-vaccinated passengers a final chance to either comply with their current vaccination policy, or accept their then current offer to re-book to their choice of a future Bliss cruise by August 1st. Here is a copy of that paragraph from that email:

We understand that not everyone will agree to these (vaccination) terms, and we certainly hope that things will change in the future. Until then, we are trying to make the best out of this complicated situation. With that in mind, if guests choose not to be vaccinated, Bliss will offer the option to transfer an unvaccinated guest's reservation to a future Bliss Cruise charter with no transfer fees. In addition, a $250/cabin onboard credit will be applied on a future Bliss Cruise charter you select. Transfer before August 1, 2021 to qualify for the onboard credit offer.

That last chance August 1st opportunity has come and gone. Hopefully, they accepted the travel insurance option offered at the time of booking as their only other course of action at this juncture seems to be to file a claim under the 'cancel for any reason' feature of that policy.
