This is our new location that we hope will start to considering our permanent big party home. We control the entire 2nd floor which is four large rooms with 8 beds, 4 bathrooms and 4 sitting areas. There are only two entrances to the upstairs we will mainly use the back door. All doors are still open (we love to watch and participate both!). Average number of guests is 40-60 guests. Starts at 8pm but the action goes on the majority of the night and guests come and go at various hours. All are expected to respectful of each others boundaries (No means NO). Problems should be brought to the attention of Gregory or Kathy immediately. Condom use is strongly encouraged so be sure to bring your own. We will provide some condoms but they run out fast. Its BYOB. We have mixers and munchies. We're also making it a pot luck for those who want to bring an entree. The guest list will be the key to admittance. It's going to be a great HOT* SCREAMING* SQUIRTING* time.
