Les Chandelles (only listed by address, usually - 1, rue therese) is the single nicest club we've ever been to.

Fantastic food, as well.

Strict door policy, reservations required, dress code.

We visited Chris et Manu on the advice of friends when in Paris last Fall. It was very nice. They were open in the afternoon, but no one was there. We returned in the evening and things warmed up nicely later. We had a good time. Only drawback is smoking, a lot in the dance floor/social areas, if that bothers you.

Nice people, easy location near the Pomdidou/Hotel de Ville. Google it. Their own website seems to be down at the moment. Others also listed in Pariscope.

If you are ever in the south be sure to try l'Extasia, it is fabulous!
