we are members of rci we bought our timeshare in cancun...is this the same thing ? does your weeks get blocked out for desire weeks?

We have a timeshare at this resort that is for 3 weeks each year (for 25 years) and we will it for $ 1.00 ! The maint. fees are $ 499 per year and yes, they are paid in full and up to date. We need to sell ASAP for a family issue.
