When we were at RM last spring we met a great couple who was at Pearl. They came by shuttle but would miss the last trip back to Pearl. They would grab a cab after food at 3 am. About $20 US.

People look at a strange sometimes when we go over Thanskgiving, but we spend a lot of time/holidays with family and its a good time for Mrs and Me to get away from slow business. We've also been to the regular Desire over Thanksgiving and it was great, full, also had a number of Europeans, which is always fun. Thanks for the shuttle advice, if things are real slow at Pearl we may have to do that.

If things are slow at Pearl you can take the free shuttle the hotel offers over to the original Desire. We have been to the original Desire during a couple of Thanksgiving weeks and it was always lively. We went to Pearl during a takeover and it was very good.

We're arriving just after you in November and also a bit worried about occupancy. They said they were already 30% booked, but not sure they wee truthful.

We are going November 8-10 and hope it doesn't suck.
We are afraid we will be the only people there :-)
