Whoa...big difference between Caliente and Rooftop. Caliente is a little snooty and big $, lots of "pretty ladies" and great scenery. High % of nudists who look good but don't indulge. You can find the swingers and playtime but you gotta work on that. After the disco closes find them in the conversation pool...late.
Rooftop is much more casual and is not a 5 star hotel but lots of fun there and most people are swingers and there to play. A little social skills and a smile and you can meet some fun friends who are there for sexual pleasures.
