After 18 months of waiting, it is hard to believe that it is only 3 weeks away.

On the April 2011 cruise people were allowed to bring cases of bottled water aboard. However, I do not think RCCL sold a water package at that time. I see now that they sell Evian packages, so it could be that they will no longer allow cruisers to bring their water aboard. I agree it's a bit expensive to buy their package, but if you're opposed to tap water, buying their water package is cheaper than buying individual bottles once onboard, and more convenient than packing a water filter and empty bottles.

RC is all about the dollar....they will scan your luggage and even water bottles will have you doing the walk of shame down to security where they will have you open up and take them away. They will return them at the end of the cruise.....that is why we use a filter system and disposable water bottles to cover us, hard to see the sanity in a 75 dollar case of water on the ship!
