i believe that the club featured in that installment of real sex was chris+manu, near the arc de triomphe, which is one of the oldest and best known of all the paris sex clubs (along with 2+2, which i am almost certain is not the one they featured). though i have never actually been to chris+manu (it was closed the night we tried to go), i know and have seen enough things about it to be almost positive it was them that was featured... plus, have also been to most of the others of that caliber (pyramid, le chandelle, no comment and l'escapade) and know that none of those were it.
