Never used one, but had a friend that said it was painful..so I'm not total sure. But I think I'd try one at least once... ;D

Yes, we have one and use it quite often. The pump action engorges the tissue of the vagina and heightens the sensitivity for her during oral and intercourse. I do not know the threshold for other women, but she had to work in stages to fill the inside of the pump cup. There are many versions on the market and chose the one that best suited the wife. Well worth the price as far as we're concerned.
