As a worry wart, I might like to know ahead of time, because I'd be worried that I'd lost it somewhere, but it wouldn't bother me in the slightest, and I'm a bit of a 'ball-lover'!
In all seriousness, even if I wasn't informed ahead of time (because I'm sure you want to avoid the "so, before we go any further, I have something to tell you..." awkwardness) I wouldn't have any issue. People have 1 testicle for all sorts of reasons, and none of them concern your sex partner. |

In all seriousness, just make your potential play partners aware of it. As long as people are aware of it, 99% of folks won't care. But if someone gets down there playing around and comes up a testicle short, it could catch them off gaurd. |
