We've seen that several times. It funny when the girl finds out she's bi-curious or bi when we tell her that's what their profile says. LOL! One girl was like, "WTF, I'm straight", and then proceded to bitch out and smack her hubby. Not that it matters to us, but ya gotta love it.

I think most persons that create the profile, post the f as bi curious to get more people to contact them, also as one person stated, the male has hopes his partner will go for it, and I have found some women know nothing of them being passed off as bi or bi curious.... makes for a VERY awkward situation...

To me curious means just that, curious about it.If your bi and picky about who you are bi with, then just say so in your profile. There is no bi - picky, its bi or bi-curious, simple as that.

When I first created our profile, I listed my wife as bi-curious then showed her to get her approval she reproached me and said she wasn't 'curious', she was bi. Now the profile says bi!

That is some excellant reasoning. I never looked at it that way and I was getting sick and tired of those preaching that onece you did it you were labeled Bi forever. I consider myself streight because I have never had an encounter with another man. even thought I have been in many 3some and group situations. Oh, there has been some incedental contact but neve any actual contact.

It may take several experiences to go from bi-curious to bi, in my opinion. I mean what if the first few experiences sucked? You may still be curious until you've had a great experience and then something will click in your head. You might have a few bad experiences and decide that shit ain't for you! LOL! Then you're straight. Once you genuinely enjoy being with women and men sexually (and not ALL women/men... duh... jeesh), then you're bi. Curious simply means you're not sure. Once you're sure, then you're either bi or straight. It's pretty simple in my head.

I've officially decided that I am going to work into the conversation with lifestylers I meet how they define bi , bi-curious , etc . At least until Webster puts it in the dictionary and then I will insist on "proper" usage ;)
