Well we can certainly agree with most of that post and when it came to the end of it, it saidL >we won't accept the co-dependent premise that everyone else should know how we should think feel or act and expect us to live/act/do as you suggest. All we can say is that we could give a rat's patootie how others choose to act or feel. We only spoke for ourselves. User Details are only visible to members.	We understand! The only thing we were commenting to the other couple on is, if you are listed as straight, don't expect a bi couple to contact them. The bi couple isn't going to risk being a target. We already get targeted by so-called open minded people here just for listing as bi. So to lessen that we won't contact a couple that is listed as straight or where one is listed as straight. If the straight person/couple contacts us first that is fine, then we know there is an interest. But we won't initiate contact with a straight person/couple.

We continue to read all this stuff about honesty, comfort and how other people think the everyone else us should act...here's our opinion based on our experience... The hubby was/is bi curious and we had him listed as such on our profile (he plays str8 more than bi)...we got absolutely 0 interest from anyone...so we began responding to profiles and got either no response or some VERY ugly crap about not playing with gays/queers/faggots!!! We even got unsolicited nasty comments from people we never before contacted! We also met someone that lives nearby in our tiny community that was outed on a similar site...somehow this got back to the community and he is a pariah in a place his family has lived for over 200 years and he can no longer get a job near home!!! We have obviously since changed his orientation back to straight and we think the chance we're taking posting here is worth it to explain our views. We expected the "lifestyle" community to be more understanding/accepting and "open minded" about such issues but what we found instead is a community just as homophobic/discriminatory as the rest of the vanilla world!!! As it turns out "open minded" means I agree with you as long as you think the way I do! We know some or most of you won't agree with us and we support your right to disagree...but...we won't accept the co-dependent premise that everyone else should know how we should think feel or act and expect us to live/act/do as you suggest. Rant off...

A male (single or part of a couple) who lists as str and is really bi is not comfortable enough in their sexuality to be open. They can make up any reason they like, but it boils down to being comfortable enough to speak the truth. And it is this precise thing -- being comfortable, open -- that is "sexy". So, you can contact us all you like with a str-m profile to play otherwise, our answer is always "no thanks". Frankly and honestly, you aren't sexy enough for us. Peggy and Kevin

What cracks us up is the cpls who no longer contact us because we have him listed as bi we want to tell them so badly (but we don't) "guess what you have been playing with so and so and we know he is listed as straight but in reality we know he is a bi in hiding lol. We would never do that but it continues to amaze us the number of cpls who think that just because the male 1/2 is listed in a profile as "straight" that there are NONE of their play partners lying out their asses to them. Yet to take a cpl like us who list honestly and we are shunned all we can say is if they don't us it is their problem not ours. Bi cpls in our area is a very rarity about the only bi males we have found are single males and majority of them are listed as straight yet we see them at bi parties and then see them playing straight with the same cpls who have shunned us lol. User Details are only visible to members.	Yes, we would also appreciate it if more males would list their actual orientation. "Open Minded" means different things to different people. However, we understand that some men, for whatever reason, don't or can't bring themselves to list themselves as "Bi". It just makes it harder on our end looking for other Bi/Bi couples. We can guess at it sometimes, but more often than not, it's a shot in the dark. We won't necessarily hold it against a couple if they don't list as Bi/Bi though.

User Details are only visible to members.	First don't take this as criticism, it's not meant to be that way, just an observation from our perspective. As a bi couple we would not contact you if we were looking for another bi couple. You status reads as the male being straight. We understand that some men list as straight for their own reason, that is fine. But you can't attract another bi couple if they don't know you are bi or bi curious. If you want fish for supper you don't grab your shotgun and go hunting! Well unless you are shooting fish in a barrel! The only other thing we could say is, keep looking they are out there. It took us a long time, but now we have found quite a few bi couples to play with. Good luck, good hunting!

User Details are only visible to members.	We have noticed that there are not a lot of couples with bi or bicurious men. It seems to be a deal breaker sometimes, too. I find it interesting that folks into swinging and being "open" can be so homophobic. We are both "curious" because we haven't found other bi couples near us yet, so would be glad to get any tips from anyone about the best way to search lol.
