Well, if they are going to call at 8:30 and it just turned 8:30, I would give them time. Over the years I have known many a person who is not prompt. Now, if they do not call by 9 or 9:30, I would probably give them a call and follow up. I would leave a message if it rolls to voicemail to call me back. If they don't, then I assume they changed their minds and I make other plans.

We have a rule , No second chances , you make plans then stick to the plans , this is not a game , we do this to have fun and share some hawt sexy times with others who are like minded , not play the dating game .
One example , we talked with a couple who i their profile wrote about always being there and not liking people who don't show or cancel at the last minute , well to our surprise they did what they complained to many had done to them . |

I'd give them until 9, 9:30 tops, then go about my business. I'm rarely so desperate for something to do that I will let others keep me dangling while I wait for them to make a call. If they can't remember to call when they said they would, they're probably not worth meeting.

At that point we'd do whatever we wanted to do. We'd take the cell, and if they called we'd decide what to do from there. Maybe invite them to join us wherever we happened to be? Maybe not - depends on what we were doing.
