| We are hosting an All Bi House Party soon, and would like your thoughts on what you think makes for a successful party. What makes you say "WOW what a great party" as your going down the road after the party. |

A great party is made by the people. The best the hosts can do is make everyone comfortable. If everyone is on the same wavelength, the party will be great. If different people are doing different things, the party may fragment. Example: some people drink, some get stoned, some smoke, some are just there for sex... Drunks and non-drinkers rarely mix well. Same with stoners and drug-free people. The most important thing is to get the right mix of people.

we like parties where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. A few events we've been to, people obviously knew each other, but new people didn't really get enmeshed - felt like high school "clicques". Other than that, the basics - clean, lots of space, and someplace for us to stay (local hotels, etc). We would be interested, but it's a 2 hour ride so we would not be driving home after...
