So I had public pics awaiting approval, that went unapproved and were "processing" for a few days...so I deleted them and reloaded them a couple days ago, now I have two "red x's" waiting approval...I think the claim that the pic loading/approval process is fixed is suspect, does not appear to be working from what I see...

What is it again that's been fixed? I'm still waiting to have a public pic approved so we can post it on our profile. Still can't edit pix either, but that's been broke forever. Seriously, how long DOES it take for an organization to ensure a paying customer gets their money's worth? Lots of recognition and empty promises, but NO action. I'm seriously disgusted with the lack of customer service around here.

Personal picture approval worked for about 4 pictures, then shut down again this morning.

Lol - just as I was about to post, that I had been unable to approve ANY personal pictures for at least a few days, I decided to give it a shot... And was able to approve a personal picture without any problems. :)
But then the aforementioned problems started again. :( |

We have the same experience as Scandle and Va beach couple. It always says pics to approve and then when you click on the link it says "No new pics to approve" I believe problems continue, just different problems than previously.

Ever since the banner was put up on the home page announcing the picture approval problems were fixed, I have been unable to open any personal pics that are up for approval. The counter says there are whatever number (between 7 and several hundred) waiting for approval in personal pics, yet when I click on it the next message says there are 0.
