When reviewing pics for approval I came across a single male profile for a public gallery that had three people sitting at a restaurant posing for a pic and all three people had their faces clearly seen. Under my reading of the rules, this is allowed and a child safe photo. However, I am not ok with approving this pic when it is highly likely two of the three people in the pic have no idea this photo is being used, not only, on a swingers site, but in a public gallery. I can simply skip the picture, which I did, but I feel like there should be written guidance on this from SLS.
