Just re-reported it, and here's the reply I got from CustomerService:
"Thank you for letting us know and we are aware of the situation. Please be patient as we work to resolve this issue and we are sorry for the inconvenience. In the meantime, please click on Unacceptable or I Don't Know on any review where the pic does not load. Thank You." Wow! It would seem the best customer service tool SLS management has for site problems *is* keep everyone in the dark, and when someone reports the problem, feed them BS. Clue for SLS: your customers are NOT mushrooms... |

This morning our SLS Quality 'id' was online. I noticed because I had just reported the problem with having only 4 of 16 pics approved.

SLS Quality no longer works for SLS. It appears that there is no SLS Quality and I think all the suspentions should be restored.

No pictures are showing up, for the approval or denial. So, until the issue is resolved, I am not approving any picture. I am hitting "unacceptable" for every picture and not even worrying about trying to refresh to get a picture to show up.

It hasn't been working for us either. This happens all to frequently. 10k to donate to Japan, but yet the site that made that money's features we pay for doesn't work half the time.

Hello!? Anyone?! Okay, we're usually not ones to complain but....the site was down for quite a while on Saturday...it was down again this morning....now the picture approvals aren't working AGAIN.......holy crap...????

the picture approval system for us only seems to work maybe 50% of the time, it has always been this way since day one when we signed up
half the time the picture will not display, and hitting refresh does nothing..... oh well |
