Hello neighbors!
The way you worded your post tells me, you do have certifications, but you cannot access them on your profile, is that correct? I am not seeing any either. You might want to email Tech Support, just go to "Help" section on the left hand side of the page, the links to email Tech Support are on the top of the "Help" page. In the meantime, you can go to "Tools", scroll down and click "My Certs" to view any certifications you have. If, by any chance, they were deleted either by issuing member or you (and you can delete certifications from "My Certs" page), they will not show up there. |
