I loaded a video when the feature was first introduced. I notice that when I open the video for some member and set the access time limit then go back AFTER that time limit, I see the video access hasn't expired for that member. I'm not sure if the member still has access to the video or if the access really did expire but some glitch is saying the member still has access. . .BUT from that point on there is nothing more that I can do to reset or change that particular access setting.
