Level 5 can be reached in the 2 yr span you are given. No, not easy and you need to watch the messages at the bottom of the page. Try different thing adding and decreasing. I don't hit level 5 every time I play.

Would someone please give hints or a walk through on how to get past level 4. For example what you should start your entrace fee, advertising at or any other hints would be helpful
