Since we have been on this site we have had two issues. Tech support has been attentive, professional, and timely. We think they do a pretty good job and simply want to thank them. We understand the complexity of dealing with different personalities that hide behind a monitor. Some are rash, some are demanding, others are realistic. We are realistic and appreciate your help.
