| We'd like to see certifications reverte back to being given only by people who have met the individuals. Having Techsupport give a certification based soley on a video clip they've submitted, seems to create a large loophole. It seems to us that it would be very easy for phonies to slap together a video and get certified. The whole point of certification is to give others a greater level of comfort that the person they are corresponding with actually shows up for arranged meetings. A video clip does not do this. |

Initially, when they started the certifications from the video's, it was actually worthwhile. When the videos were first started they had to be recorded live because the system would not accept a pre-recorded video. Since the system has been up, either someone figured out how to bypass the live requirement or webby has changed it so that you can upload a video onto your profile. Either way, I no longer count on the video to be an accurate measure of the person(s).
