Webby, this was part of a post in one of the other threads regarding our sexual preferances and how we all see ourselves. Maybe you can find a way to use this scale for a more clearer understanding that we portray to others. It would be able to be used by every member and may help others understand what we are all searching for. The late Dr. Alfred Kinsey, sex researcher and founder of the Kinsey Instute at Indiana University, postulated a 7-point continuum for determining an individual's sexuality ranging from strictly heterosexual to strictly homosexual. We all fall somewhere within this range: 0- Exclusively heterosexual 1- Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual 2- Predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual 3- Equally heterosexual and homosexual 4- Predominantly homosexual, but more than incidentally heterosexual 5- Predominantly homosexual, only incidentally heterosexual 6- Exclusively homosexual With a little imagination the same scale could also be used for instance with couples searching for a single, or a single searching for a couples. Maybe this way although not foolproof we can set limits on who should contact us in our profiles. Good luck and I hope this helps.

At one point in time, I had a link to a questionare that would let you walk through the original questionare and give you the Kinsley Results at the end. I haven't been able to find the site in years. Maybe it is truely dead.

I have bisexual as my sexual preference, but my interests are not in every woman we meet.As a rule I feel more comfortable playing with men and occasionaly enjoy being with a woman. However I didn't feel like bicurious was appropriate as I have already satisfied that curiousity...quite a few times...lol. You have my vote!
