I have the same issue, I will get an IM from someone and since you cannot click on the persons name from the IM screen you have to do a search for them. So many times its telling me that the person isnt there! I have to have them send me a message with a clickable link in order to see the profile. I have reported it and the only thing I get back is, search works fine.....Yea ok.
There have been times as well when I have been sitting right next to someone else on this site and had them do a search for the same person or people that I tried to find and it popped up on theirs right away! Then I try again on mine and nothing at all. |
