Technical support return my email with a generic "thank you for telling us" when I replied asking when the thought it would be fixed and they replied "we are trying to resolve as soon as possible"

My problem is that the private pics that I have recently uploaded can't be edited. When you click on edit to make the picture larger, you get a message saying there is a problem and tech support is aware of it. On Jan. 23, "Wayne" of tech support responded to me and passed the buck, claiming it is something the "website developers" will have to deal with and all he could do was pass it on to them.

Personal pictures cannot be attached to messages, public an private pictures only. However, they can be, of course, opened for a member to view.
