Maybe starting a new topic about the actual issue of the website, will get the attention of SLS Staff; excluding SLS Staff member, slsMark. He acknowledged there is an issue with the picture server in the Website Forum topic, Can't upload PIC's.
The fouled picture server is what has been causing the massive amount of blank pictures, when you go to approve or deny photos for publishing on this site. It also has been causing pictures that are on profiles already, to not show up every now and then. Here you can make your voice known and let the SLS Staff know that you want the problem that they have had for some time now, fixed! |

I'm glad I started this little nugget of forum history. With each posting that gets made, it's just another person pissing in the Cheerios of Dashboard Holdings, Inc. to get the problem fixed with a permanent solution.

Then you haven't been on SLS very long. I've been here nearly ten years and this is business as usual. :-)
I also find it pretty telling how they point fingers at one another. So we've got ' that's not MY job' and ' my colleague was busy moving into a new house.' LMAO |

Here is what Wayne said in post two of this thread almost 8 months ago.
"I'm not one of the programmers and do not know the specifics of the issue, but I can tell you that once they figure out the problem and figure out a fix, they will fix it. We don't want problems anymore than you do. " And today you say "Until they get this fixed here is what you can do: " my question is: When is "UNTIL THEY GET THIS FIXED" ? What is you definition on a timely fix, Years ? I've never seen a site that takes almost a year(s) to fix a major issue. |

I have just tried that temporary solution... Of course the pictures did not load, but pressing F5 actually worked. Thank you!
But the issue still needs to be fixed, not just patched. |
