Post were deleted because they contained info that was wrong, misleading or geared to create trouble.
We do not now and never have served images from the 'cloud'. Images are stored on and served from servers that we own outright. For disaster recovery, we have off-site backups, just like every other company on the internet. Additional servers are being added to support the increase in traffic since the new year. |

Once again we can't view photos, all we get are X's . Perhaps instead of adding new features like videos you should focus on the ongoing issue with photos......this is really getting ridiculous.

Yep, can not view anyone's pictures, only thumbnails, and reloading does not help!
