However, to try to help you, be it us or the site staff, we need to know more details about the issue you are having, besides, "we are having trouble". Please, give us some insight as to what is happening (or rather, what is not happening, apparently). Perhaps we know a way to figure this out, and if not, then TechSupport should be able to address the issue you are experiencing.

User Details are only visible to members.	Are any of you having problems with images uploading to the server really grainy? I uploaded a pic last night to our private gallery and it shows up grainy. I don't think it's problem with the pic.

User Details are only visible to members.	News Flash; SLS employees don't work on weekends, even for system failures. Been there. There is absolutely no way of contacting anyone to report any sort of systems failure outside of normal duty hours. You just have to wait for them to come in the next weekday morning.

Mr. Webmaster, we all apologize for bothering you, and wasting your valuable time, however the majority of people who are paid members of established websites, tend to just be users, not programmers or beta testers. They expect to be able to jump in, turn the key and go... kind of like when you buy a new car... it's supposed to just work. Nowadays we plug a computer into the car's OBD II port, and the diagnostics read out automatically. Most folks do not even talk to the mechanics about the car's symptoms or funny noise, the electronics do the talking for them. After all, This IS the 21st century. There are several months worth of replies to this topic, and with all of us accepting the fact that this editing feature has not been working, most are just reporting that "It isn't working", similar to the way you report to us "it's working now" Hopefully this will help you correct the problem, but I doubt it. In the left menu, go to "tools", when that page opens under "picture tools" choose the icon "edit pictures", after that page opens, choose any stored image. Left click on the image, in Firefox, the page grays out completely except for a small center box, and the following message appears in the center of the page: quote/ We are sorry about the inconvenience Editing is undergoing maintenance until further notice, Please visit the "Website" Forum for updated info /end quote Going through the exact same procedure in IE, the above message appears, but the page does not gray out. Tested System configurations: Sony Vaio laptop, Windows Vista SP2, Firefox 10.0.2. Sony Vaio laptop, Windows Vista SP2, IE9 Sony Vaio desktop Windows XP SP3, Firefox 21 Sony Vaio desktop Windows XP SP3 IE8 Obviously, the users who have already replied, are simply returning to the "Website Forum" to retrieve "updated info".

User Details are only visible to members.	While I don't use picture editing tools on here, I simply checked to see what is going on, and clicking on "Edit" link in "Manage pictures" gives me the message about editing undergoing maintenance. Editor is not accessible at all.
