I still can't send mail and so i can't write customer service ( do they know about this problem? ) I bet i could send my payment with no problem but i'm not going to till the mail is fixed !!!!

Actually was able to reply to three yesterday but last night and again today it is not working again. Nothing in the sent folder and no confirmation. Just a bunch of lost typing.
Is extremely frustrating!!!! |

Same here , spent a lot of time writring a letter , sent it but it didn't go ...they always show up in the mail box as sent and on the recievers profile but not this time ? the site is really going down hill fast and no info from customer care for quite a while in forums ? i don'r wite them any more because all you get is a form letter if you get that !!!

When we compose and send mail we get no indicator that the message was sent. Only a blank SLS screen..... This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Any idea what the problem could be? Anyone else experiencing problems like this?? Cleared cookies and that didn't help? We can recieve and compose but just can't send.
Any help would be appreciated. |
