If we block free members and they are not able to view our profile, than why do we keep getting emails from free members telling us how great our pics are? They are obviously seeing our profile even though they are blocked.

User Details are only visible to members.

Free members may see you on the home page or old mail you sent, or possibly in their friends list. We will investigate and correct any problems we find.

We think they can see you when they go to the Forum. We can also see people that we've blocked in the forum but if we try to view the profile through search we can't. It must be a glitch.
