There is also Sunnyrest in PA, a nudist campground. Never been but people seem to speak well of it...I think I want to camp where WER is hanging out, great pic!

Timberline in Tennessee is a clothing optional, lifestyle friendly campground. It is very nice, with pool, hot tub, and play areas. Owners are great.

What about the Hedo Farm Resort in PA. It would be kind of a long drive but we have Cherry Lane and Northaven in MI. All are listed in the "Clubs" section in the LH column in this site.
