How about Date/Time stamp of when the posts/replies are made.
I think that is what the time frame means, but it would be much easier if it was just date/time stamped to see how old the post is. Also, it would be helpful to stick a 'sticky' post (a post that never moves and always stays on top) on top of each forum that describes what can/can not be posted. Does the yellow dot mean the poster is online? |

The circles help determine at a quick glance how old a post is. A green circle means the last post was within an hour. A yellow circle means the last post was within a day. Finally a red circle means the last post was more then a day old.
Hopefully that helps :> |
